Paypal CC fraud: 3rd time already...

I've been scammed for the third time with a CC fraud.
I begin to learn the process and begin to think about doing the same thing so I can get my money back.
Each time, a ebay item is bought, and I get the money to my Paypal account.
I send the item with track number and insurance (the buyer must even sign reception!!).
Once the item received, chargeback from the CC bank, therefore from my Paypal account. I can't win, even if I provide proof with tracking number and other documents.
It is very interesting because I thought I could win by protecting me by being honest and with the proper documents.
But the 3 times, I got no money.
I learnt how to do and if honesty doesn't pay, I have to deal otherwise.
It's quite easy, CC bank wins everytimes...and I have a CC myself...
I'll use it now wisely and cleverly...

When sending a physical good ONLY send to a "CONFIRMED" address. You will win a chargeback from them this way. Some say you're still screwed if its from the CC and not his paypal account but I have never encountered that. Simple only ship to confirmed. Most people can fix it in 1 or 2 emails back and forth and those that "won't"... You just may of saved yourself some $ in the long run.

Sorry to hear about your experience. There is just too much fraud out there, I don't know what is real anymore.

Well, I've got cheated even when I am not using Paypal. The problem with Paypal is because too many people are using VCC and that does not give you any sense of protection any more. You cannot weed out who is real and who is not.

Use a real processing gateway instead of paypal.

Make sure that you send it to a person having confirmed address and send it to that address only. Also, if possible and if you have a lot of monthly transactions use a payment gateway(Costs only 20 to 25 bucks a month - available at ebay).

It doesn't matter. This time was a chargeback, any gateway, any payment merchant, same thing.. Buyer gets the money all and everytime.
It's very easy. You buy an expensive item on Ebay, a laptop or expensive watch or whatever. You get the item, you even sign for it. Then you go to your bank and ask for chargeback. The bank will do it easy as they don't want to lose your business...Works all the time.
I have shipping info, postal insurance, I faxed every evidence I had...Nothing I can do...

    Hello,
I know many people who play a game called knight online http://www.knightonlineworld.com. This game requires you to kill monsters to earn experience points to increase your levels. Similar to world of warcraft. Someone created a a cheater program called KOxp.

This program allows the person using it to auto attack and auto heal themselves in the game so they can go to bed and earn experience points. One feature of this program is to allow an archer to shoot 5 arrows at an enemy from very far away.

Most people thought that the only way to get back at the cheaters was to download KOxp and cheat along with them.

When the game moderators appeared and started banning the cheaters, all of the honest people who played fairly and only cheated once were banned from the game and they lost their accounts, and all of the time it took them to get to the levels they were at.

My point is, when you do something wrong nothing will come from it. Your comment makes me think of the people who cheated once to prove a point but got caught doing it. Keep your head up. For the three bad experiences that you had how many good ones were there? Think of those.

Being stolen from sucks, and I can feel ya but becoming like them wont make you happier.

    Good luck,
    Mike

Sorry to hear about your 3 times experience.

And I do hope that you wont use your CC in the same way. It wont make any difference in you and others. SO, you wont be having any right to complain then....

Any idea if the chargebacks were a result of stolen credit cards or friendly chargeback?

I guess 'friendly' if you refer to buy something with your CC and ask your CC company to cancel the transaction when you receive the package.
    It works everytime...:(
