One more thought. I don't think that repeated letters will increase the price too high. I would say beautiful 3letters (upa.com, sla.com sia.com oza.com etc.) are more attractive than hhh.com. HHH.com still looks like somebody has H key pressed too hard and is not very beautiful as brand. Also pronunciation of hhh.com is longer and less pleasant than bbk.com mhm.com ffm.com etc.

I'd appraise it for $20-30K, triple letters aren't of that much use, unless they constitute a real good acronym.
