Google will not ban you as long as you don't click your own ads or don't do anything spammy.
A lot of people includiing myself update their website from the same IP and I never heard anyone had any problem.

    Waiting for others suggestions also..

Don't worry about it, I view and review too...no different than if you are working on it from any other computer. Just don't click your own ads and you should be fine. If you are REALLY concerned, contact the G-Team.

yeah, I think your worrying a little too much....i'm sure google understands that you will be visiting your own site to make mods ,etc. As long as you dont click on the google ads you should be fine.

I often just disable javascript if I'm editing. Or I edit with javascript on but my include file for the ads is named something like gobarky.html. That file contains the html code for a blank "space saver" table of the size of the ad. Then when I'm ready to publish, I just sed all the files, changing gobarky.html to the_file_with_the_adsense_code.html

    Open your 'hosts' file.

    It should be in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

    Under the line: 127.0.0.1 localhost
    add: 127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com
    Save.

Close any open browsers, then re-open them and that computer will not show Google ads.

If you need to see the ads again just add # (That's # and 2 spaces) before the line and save then close and re-open the browser(s)

To block the ads just delete the # and spaces, etc.

If it's just one click, I wouldn't worry about it...send them an email as soon as possible telling them...and then try not to do it again!

May I ask you, what would you do If you go on a holiday for 3 weeks and you have to update your site from a local internet caffe or something like that???

What you are saying is that you(we) must update your(our) sites from the IP where you(we) registered your(our) adsense account??? Non sense.

You don't have to worried aboout anything.

But if you want to be 100% convinced, just ask google and tell us their answer.

Huh? or What? Massiva is right, do not worry about the impressions from other IPs. I've edited heavily from at least three different geographic areas and never not nary a problem.
