Sorry: I placed this in the wrong category, mods please move this to General Business. Sorry... For the past few months I have been with valueclick, as they are a big company i most of all trusted them. I have let my money build up to quite an appealing sum, and the other week I decided it was time for me to pick the cheque up. ok ... editing payment details... I need a UK VAT number. I'm not registered, however I read somewhere that if I send them the invoice they send the payment. what is confusing is that their system says I've been paid for all of the months I've been with them... my paypal email address has always been in their system but has received no payment. So... I emailed them asking why it says this, and how I can invoice them so I can actually receive my payment... I did this two weeks ago and again one week ago... I still have no reply. Not only this but their impressions are clearly wrong as I give them thousands of impressions more than they claim. But thats not the issue at the moment.. Has anybody had similar issues with them? How did you solve it? what should i do?!
casper: still no response =-\ i highly recommend AVOIDING them. for a big company their customer service sucks... what annoys me is that they dont even give me a response like *we'll look into it*... they simply have not replied. any response would be a civil response at the moment. im not talking pennies here, im talking high $xxx that should be in my bank account. i want my money.
Are you checking how many impressions you are giving to default ads? ValueClick has got far from 100% fill rate. I'm always paid on time each month by valueclick so sorry to hear about your troubles :/
I've never had a problem with them, they always send me my money on time. They do have a bad fill rate tho, I suggest you give rmx direct a chance (https://direct.rightmedia.com/) they have a great fill rate (all impressions are counted), never had a problem with them and I just moved one of my big sites over there and doubled my valueclick earnings.
ive now switched to valueclick as my default, and now im using direct.rightmedia.com for my banners again. i think somebody on this forum owns it - great site... although slow on the loading... still no response from VC... idiots... 4 months of income disappeared. if i didnt take the effort to get local businesses to advertised I'd be in so much debt because of them now
