    Wow, three people were trying to pay at the last minute but site sold :)

    I have http://www.smfusers.com/ still available if anyone is interested. Only $200 - it's a PR3 but it comes with it's own windows software.

    I thought I was the 1st one to BIN, and technically I should be getting the site, not the one who "paid" first.

    I really wish it were that simple but there is nothing preventing people from buying by PM but I made it very clear to everyone the first to pay wins. I've been on DP a lot time and the only reason this site went for $150 instead of the original $400 is because someone claimed to want to buy and it was sold then didn't raise the money so I can wait days or weeks as I and I am sure many have for someone to pay or sell it to the person who comes through with the $$$. As in the case of your situation, I did offer you an incredible follow up offer.

    To be fair we had agreed on a price slightly below the BIN before your offer was made. And I was in the process of sending paypal funds when I noticed your post. Being the standup guy that I am I offered to pay the difference. But we had already had an agreement. So he is doing the right thing and going by his word. His integrity should not be in question....
