check out stumblexchange.com ....it's a site where they exchange stumbles

 

There is already a stumble thread, and I think adding REP to that one would be a FANTASTIC idea...thought there is one slight flaw with such a system...

Don't you need 75 posts before you can pass on 'green' rep?

It looks like it may be 50, so I think you are good I'm sure someone will step up and say something if they are getting grey pips and not green ones.

Though, you should likely keep this in mind if you are doing this on a reciprical basis. Someone with 10 posts will certainly not pass any bonuses along other then maybe a nice comment.
