because, i don't think anyone is clicking on those ads, and therefore there won't be any invalid clicks, and there would be no reason to ban him, would it?

Except for the fact that he's telling people to click the links. Which in itself is a violation.

I think svnelvnv is onto something...

I just found out that Google investigates suspicious accounts after awhile. Particularly those generating over $1000/day after only 3 months of running (yes this is VERY possible). So... if there are all these real threats to the advertisers, who cares about the one that's invalid but is not making any money?

    Cheers!

And you know how much this person is making?

If I were to walk into a supermarket and steal a chocolate bar it is shoplifting. It is theft.

Now imagine that you yourself own a little corner store. Would you be concerned if stock were being taken without being paid for?

It's the same for Adwords advertisers. It is their money being stolen.

This is what I hate about DP. So many haters and people who would rather spend their time getting other people banned and 'in trouble' rather then use that time to further develop your own sites. Maybe the guy made a mistake..thats not for you to decide...maybe the poor guy has a wife and kids and adsense is his only source of revenue and you're taking it away from him because he didnt know the rules? a simple cache of his website shows he had legit content on it: http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cach...son&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2&gl=us&client=firefox-a

But because the poor guy put ads in the meantime you're going to report him?

    You people discust me

So leave the community. You obviously have little respect for the community, both encouraging immoral gain by taking money from MY POCKET on the cost it is to advertise and discouraging any advertiser from reporting.

Don't lecture on how poor people are allowed to break the rules. There definately is not two laws for those who can afford something and a completley separate law for those who can't. Your opinion on things are completely wrong. There is something called 'Strict Liability', maybe you should find out what it means.

poor fraud guys? hes not fooling anyone into clicking the ads. His website has to do with templates...the ads are showing template related ads...if people dont want to click they dont have to...but if they do the adwords customer is getting targetted traffic.

If he is in fact violating the Terms Of Service set by google, don't you think the ethical thing to do would be to contact him and tell him hes violating googles policy and give him a chance to correct it? But no...that wouldnt give you poor losers your jollies of getting someone suspended.

If you truly are concerned about this guy stealing your pennies, contacting him about it will more than likely rectify the situation much faster than reporting...why many people from this thread have reported him to adsense..yet I still see his ads in place.

All of you going on about "don't report him", "you're arseholes for reporting him", etc etc - obviously don't use adwords to advertise.

If my ad was showing up on that damn site I'd be furious.

It's like saying "aww, don't stop that guy raping the girl, he's enjoying himself. What's it got to do with you?".

    Ignorance is not an excuse.

Putting ads on the page is not the main issue.

Telling people to click on them is.

Now how can you be disgusted if you don't know how to spell the word? :p

Brinked, you need to understand most of us work hard to earn money from our websites . Unlike this person he is a fraudster. "OOOH VISIT OUR ADS CLICK THEM CLICK OR VISIT OUR SPONSOR" it's like that asking to click ads is against the TOS of google and you shouldnt register with google without reading the TOS.

He's a fool , no point defending him.

Pointing to what is good and what is wrong is the way a strong community survives.
Now imagine us all supporting fraudulent actions, how would you then feel about DP, Brinked?

Sigh...this is NOT about supporting fraudulent activity. It's about doing what is best for everybody. Reporting him to adsense clearly has NOT resolved the issue, contact the guy and inform him that he needs to correct his site.

Reprobate, pointing out a minor grammatical error speaks volumes about the kind of person you are :)
