what i meant by Easiest is that the site must be really easy to make. No need much update and will attract many visitors... any idea anyone lol i know this sounds stupid but it can happen.
Well, such a site is a little tough. Any site needs to be frequently updated to attract visitors. For a website to have very good traffic, you need a good page rank. Adsense income depends on many factors. A good PR and Search engine optimization is required to list better on google. And inturn, get good traffic. Once you have traffic to your adsense website, it then depends on the click thru rate and the cost you get per click.
User generated sites are the easiest but can also be the most difficult because you ned enough traffic to get people particpating.

Forget you ever heard about PR. There is no need to start obsessing about a number that means little to making money online. The easiest way to make money online is to setup a Wordpress blog on a good niche and update it regularly with lots of good content that is not just copied from other sites. I think there's no easy way to earn on adsense. You still need to promote your site to get more traffic before you can earn $.
you can set up a wp site and use autoblogging plugins, some free from lunatic studios, combine that with the wp unique plugin and you've got a moneymaker....I do it all the time
