They're saying you have paid for or are participating in some kind of traffic exchange program. Did you? And did they ban you already, or is this just a warning? Can you still log into your account?

Just don't click your own ads and don't sign up for any traffic exchange/auto surf programs. You should be fine. E-mail them tell them you aren't doing anything and are looking into the cause of the e-mail --- and investigate for yourself just to make sure.

Remove the Adsense and put the tracking software to see who the culprit is.

Adlogger has some minor issues but works great to avoid this type of problem.

Can be set so if a user clicks X amount of times the ads will disappear when they come to your page for X amount of hours

I.E. mine is set to 5 clicks then the ads disappear for 24hours.

Pitfall is if they are browsing your site and clicking links not ads it counts those also and the ads will disappear. minor problem to over come to protect your account

You don't need to install adlogger (although you can if you want). Adsense is telling you they are suspicious of your traffic. ANY webhost worth signing up with has free awstats for you to check whenever you want. Go to it, find out where your traffic is coming from, then go there and, if you didn't sign up for it, take your name off whatever program has your site in their system. That's it. People need to stop making this more difficult than it is.

All I see is a parked site in the URL you mention. The only interactive thing on the site is an email subscriber box (?) Your awstats should have the full referral URLs. Try to backtrack the ones that show up the most often.

I ont know what that is. It might be a very small search engine or it could be one of thos dodgy traffic sites that is causing the red falg to be raised.
