    For Indians and neighbouing countires ?

    Do you buy electronic or other stuffs online from your paypal money ?
    I am thinking of buying laptop from Apple from my paypal money..

    How much Custom and other taxes we have to pay to get a product delivered at doorstep ?

    Btw Paypal Money you mean - You'll Cash it and then buy stuff or directly from sites like eBay

    Probably he means buy it from paypal and then import it here.
    Not sure how much taxes you have to pay.
    Vat here is about 4% plus this tax that tax darn this country is burning with taxes can't a govt make its own money by earning like us.

    i have never tried it, but always wanted to do some shopping by paypal. if anyone buy any stuffs by paypal, please give some e-stores that you use!

    I know ebay is a good option..
    But I am thinking of buying directly from companies like dell , apple..

    But worried of custom duties - Anybody have idea about how much ?

    Well if you want to buy there is a guy from delhi who sells Brand New MAC laptops for about 89,000 ....umm i don't remember his website link now. will post it again by tommorow.

    Wow I want to buy a mobile from Nokia then :p will pay whatever the custom duties ...

    eBay.com is not a good option for Indian, I tried to buy from there but everytime I see no shipping or something :(
    ebay.in sucks they dont accept paypal :mad: they accept some shitty PaisaPay Yuck!

    PaisaPay is a good option - online banking transaction - its fast and secure.

    I did some search on this in last nov when I was looking to buy Ipod and at that time Apple was not shipping products to India so I dont think you will be able to buy a laptop from Apple using paypal , IF they havnt changed anything .
    btw does ebay.in accept paypal ?

    Also , I dunno any online shop which accepts paypal money and ships the product to India , If you find any then let us all know < atleast me >

    well, i have heard about this paisapay, but never used. Perhaps i should try some of these now. Actually i have never tried ebay for buying anything.

    once i tried for selling but could not figure out much, then i left it:( ! i have also tried there affiliate stuffs and not succeded:eek: , i think i should also try the buying!

    PaisaPay is simple - Its online transfer of funds from internet banking..

    If you have online bank account - just pay from your bank account (ICICI, UTI, HDFC etc) and payment is sent instantly.

    Ebay.in dont offer paypal payments. But I think they should start soon when paypal will open its branch in India in July. :)

    Yeah ! We just need out bank accounts to pay money or get money from E-bay users.

    Well I also want to buy Nokia's phones from PayPal. If someone have experience of this type of buying please share it.

    Recently I bought a sound card, headphones, and a power supply unit for my PC from the US using my Paypal.

    The invoice cost was around 420$ and the shipping 90$ and I was charged customs at 21.5% (Rs.4950).
