okay, so I'm confused now... hopefully some of u SEO gurus will set my mind straight so basically, my forum tittles works this way: thread name - forum tittle my other script which gives free essays works this way: forum tittle - essay tittle is there any difference? which one would u choose? example of forum: http://www.flunkme.com/showthread.php?t=472 example of essay: http://www.flunkme.com/free_essays.php?do=article&articleid=70 1 more... is it possible to mod rewrite free_essays.php?do=article&articleid=70 to /free_essays/articletittle/ ? would that be a major benefit? also my essay tittles are big sometimes, will that matter? thx!
Supposedly more weight is given the closer the keywords are to the start of a string of text (in this case, your page title). As a result, it's probably better to put the forum title last, as that piece will (I assume) be pretty much the same across multiple posts, but the posts themselves will be unique. Alternately, you can just drop the forum name altogether. Check out DP. See what they do?
Its a MAJOR MAJOR benefit. Check out my page: Its a random one I grabbed but it does what you want: hxxp://www.invision-gaming.co.uk/Counter-Strike-Source/CSS-Mani-Admin-Plugin-16.html
hi, but I used to rank good for student community - completely removing it would probably make it loose rank? and what do u mean under relevancy? all keywords are pretty relevant to the content
