    That really sucks man, did the designer represent it as being unique to your site only? Did you have any kind of contract? That template site is saying that it will cost $2800 to get it "exclusive" ie they won't sell any MORE copies.

    Anyway it IS a really nice template, even if it is being used on a few sites, but I know it stinks when you spend your hard earned money on something that was mis-represented to you.

    umm hate to be a nut buster but i've seen that design on several sites in the past. Its a very nice design but by far hitinvestor isnt the only one with it sorry.
