Will I Buy A PR = 5 Expired Domain Name ?

Hello,

I know an expired .com with PR = 5. The domain has "-2005" in it.

Will I buy it ?

I read in another forum that a PR = 5 domain has a price of 250 bucks ? Is that so ?

 

-2005 lowers the value so much. For $250? I wouldn't buy it.. I'd rather spend it on getting backlinks for a good domain name (which you can sell for more later)

 

buy it, don't plan, else someone will buy that before you!!

you can use it for backlinks, or you can make a small site of it and sell it, or simply sell the domain. lots of way to get profit, after all pr5 has a lot of value!!

 

If you can get it for $10 or less, buy it. Otherwise, its not worth $250 if its expired. Pagerank updates in about 2 weeks.

 

The price of a domain depends on many factors, not just the amount of green in the little toolbar that we have in our browsers.

And to the other guys in the thread, he isn't buying it for $250, he is asking whether 250 is a fair valuation for the domain. He is buying at reg price.

To the OP, buy it, make a wordcloud and forget about it

 

yes buy it fast.

 

Buy it if it still have good backlinks. Just make sure that you have plans for it before you buy it.
