thanks for the opportunity, i added some of my sites.

 

I think it is confusing everyone because when you go to the category and click on submit link, the submission form is showing the category as 'root' as opposed to the category you are in. So, everyone is probably trying to scoll down to their category and that is when the 'category is locked' message is displaying. That is what I did a few times before I figured it out.

Thanks for the tip. I was getting the blocked message too.
Now, I submitted on under the health/alternative section.

Won't work even after you browse into spesific category

 

I couldn't either open the admin lock, even after changing the root category on the submission page.

pixicat, perhaps you can remove the category from the submission page.
