anyone having a site without adsense is rejecting free revenue
even if you need no additional revenue at all
keep in mind that adsense also helps OTHERS - such as the entire global industry and economy,
adsense gives an affordable and most flexible advertising platform to small and smallest business - like family business, home-business, single mother-business, etc
offering an advertising platform to such a.m. business may mean the difference between failing OR succeeding - bankruptcy or happiness in life ...

and if you still need no additional site-revenue - then keep the adsense revenue for charity !!

no one ever can have too much income - but too little wise spending of available resources. use all the resources you can access - adsense is an easy way to get involved in other peoples wellbeing

a forum admin forum as yours may also be an excellent place to advertise Google adsense-referrals promotion !! since some of your forum members hay have themselves a web site / forum without adsense ...
I just received today my first adsense referral bonus of 250$ - something that might happen to you as well on a weekly or monthly basis

but IF you apply for adsense - then do it right from the very beginning - right by means of proper successful formats and ad placements - create an example forum for your other forum admins !

You'd better focus on your forum at first.

I don't think it really matters when you put the ads up. If you're going to put ads eventually then you should plan your layout accordingly so when you do add them, they don't stick out like a sore thumb.

put it now so that it will not make members feel that you are getting advantage of them once the site is famous. basically to make them immune to the ads.

First, fix your forum because I just visited and I get a blank page. Second, make sure to get lots of traffic first or you might get dissapointed with the low revenue from AdSense. I always suggest to people not to have AdSense on sites with less than 1,000 uniques a day and that is on the low end.

Yeah, find a best place for the ads in the current forum layout and put them up.
I see no need to delay that if you plan to go for adsense afterall.

You can put ads whenever you want, but I don't see much posts and members on your forum, so this probably will be not much revenue now.

That's true but i put adsense on a forum with not many visitors and if you blend them well you can have excellent results. It had a amazing CTR and every click earned at least 0.25$ :)

I said not yet since it's still very small. But adding it wouldn't kill you wither. Just don't expect to become rich anytime soon

Yea can't hurt to put adsense on, but forums usually have a lower CTR.
