Do you have to do things in the day too, or just at night? It's surprisingly easy to get used to being up overnight, if you can sleep during the days. Just stay up later and later each night, and it soon becomes the norm. You may need a darkened room though. We are currently trying to do the opposite... get used to sleeping at night and getting up in the day. Finding it a little harder to turn our days around If you have to live in the day time world as well, that makes it a bit more difficult...
Yeah... well I used a coffee maker.. (I'm new at this coffee stuff, only started this year). Is there a difference when it comes to effects? They're popular in Canada http://www.timhortons.com/
Get yourself one of those italian coffee makers for the stove. Much stronger coffee it gives you a nice hit Can be pretty bitter though depending on which coffee you get.
Bitter! I'll have to fill it with 1/2 sugar then. I'll take that suggestion to mind What about espresso? Even stronger?
I think that you must to be very motivated and sleep well ... Drinking coffe ... won't help you in your long run ... because.. your body will get used with the coffein ... and the coffein won't be so efective
Well I dont' know how I do it, but I can't believe that I stay up till 4-5 am. Then i'm up and running at 10 am and down to the office. I think staying up late is a habit that I developed over the years. It's just something you get used to. I don't think coffee or red bull will solve your problem. But Really If I was you I wouldn't train myself to stay up at night. It gets really boring sometimes when you can't sleep before 5 am.
When I was at the college I've tried coffee, tea, showering, walking in fresh air... but nothing helped me as Red Bull...
Caffeine and alcohol make me sleep so my techinique is stay busy Not need to drink or eat anything through the night if I have something to do in mind.
I wish that could work, but my eyes start dying out and my body too, feels gross thats why I need something, I'm weak
noooooo like I said already in the thread trying to look for less durastic solutions (finals are coming up!)
Man .. sleep?... few hours? But yes, long term is not good! Ok I tried a cold FACEwash and it lasted...... 15 minutes til I fell sleepy again.
