    I don't believe so. That is if you are looking to actually create a standalone MP3 player strictly out of PHP. If you are using some other method such as Flash, or integrating Media player into your script, then yes it is :)

    It's possible, check out the bass audio library and winbinder.

    No, winbinder is a library for creating gui applications with php, like php-gtk, only windows API specific.

    Just include a flash player via php and modify the attributes by using PHP variables.

    If you were actually wanting to make a windows application, then get in touch with me on msn messenger, I'd be more than happy to help you out for a bit, that compiler does work, it compiled itself, and many other applications I use on my pc .....

    If on the other hand you would like to achieve this in an internet environment then please post and make it clear so that people can help you more effectively.
