As my Google ads are paying extremely low for no reason I can think of, I'm thinking of going with Adbrite.

I'm just wondering to get people to pay to be advertised on your site, are you allowed to advertise on forums/ websites etc?

    :)

I don't know about that one but I can tell you in my experience AdBrite pay quite well for clicks on their network ads - I have had plenty of 60-70 cent clicks in the past, but most are around the 10 cent mark for my sites. If you've got a high traffic site you'll get more from AdBrite PPC than you will selling ads. I recommend trying AdBrite for a while to see how it works before you ditch AdSense.

I have included Adbrite ads on some of my most popular pages and I hardly get any clicks on those ads. My google adsense ads out perform adbrite ads easily.

okk thanks guys!!, I might do this thing where if there is no one paying for your adbrite ads, automatically your google ads show instead.

It does make the ads show a little different though.

adbrite does end up cheaper doesnt it? and it would depend on which sites you want to advertise on, for instance theres some sites i would like my ads to appear on and they only use adbrite so i have an account for that

Hey peeps.. New around here but what the hell not new to the internet..

ADBRITE kicks ass.. been using them for a long time.. make an average of 1.5k per month with a high of 3.9k for one month.. :)

USE nothing but network ads, they pay the most by far.. the hell with selling ads..

    Just my 2 cents

I've been using adsense...getting $5-$10/day and am also going to give adbrite a try. Can't you combine the two?

I don't think that adbrite pays more than Google. I have tried adbrite before and I can tell you I earned far less with it.
