I'm really not expecting anything this update. a little green bar movement would be great!, but a steady green bar at this point is most important.

Well everyone speculates, so I decided to make my own thread.

I don’t think PR is that important at least on is present form that doesn’t account for trust and relevance of the backlinks and only counts power and quantity, but link junkies get high on it , and let’s face it for the uneducated submitter PR is everyting...

Also some people find value on these threads as they feel that they are ahead of the curve by submitting earlier.

I also find these speculating threads to be more interesting than the ones saying “Is there a PR update going own? I just lose all PR on my sites"

Yes that is completely wrong and unqualified, the only way that directory is going is up

By how much that is up to G (and I do not have that information)

But anyone can check a site out for the stats before they act unilaterally and make a statement that a site is going down

Please make more studies on facts before you say without reservation outright negative statements

I consider that you are entitled to make comments but please don't make comments that may impact in that way

Please note that, that Directory Owner is one of the most professional in the business and works towards improvement by way of dedication and focus on his particular Directory

Are you using a pagerank predictor? I have never seen one that was remotely accurate.

Good !! I love that. The more the merrier and would not only be limited to a few and old ones (90's).

To get to this you should start now. Make your 4 figures available $$$$. But be careful so as not going from 0 to 7. If you have a 0 calculate it to be a 4,5,6 on next update and take it to the extreme by the preceeding.

Why does it seem that pr6 is relatively easy for directoies but pr7 seems so hard?

PR7 is costly even to maintain.

 

Because it's a logarithmic scale. So to get from 5 to 6 is at least twice as hard as it is to get from 4 to 5. Going from 6 to 7 is again twice as hard.

For those who understand the math in this: the above is written based on the assumption that it's a 2-scale. That sort of fits experience, so I'd go with that.

 

usually it seems the sites beyond pr 6 have somekind of viral linkbuilding, there are directories with pr7 though
