article submission

Currently Im submitting one different article to around 125 directories a month. Whats your thoughts on this? Is this to much?

 

It's good you can submit to more then 125 .....

 

I normally submit my articles to 400+ directories and is receiving good results

 

Where can i get a list of urls for articles submissions?
Getting lists for directories is easy but I cant source any details for articles. Can anyone help?
