Directory Classified 101 (Guide for Beginners)

I saw alot of threads which were helping the new directory owners advices and such.

After putting a great amount of thought for over 3 hours collecting all the resources and than writing it out, i came up with Directory Classified 101 (Guide for Beginners)

I pretty much answered every question there is which a beginner might ask or i once asked when i started 9 months ago.
