Yup, your forums, subdomains, and even your forum file attachments are even indexed.

Yes you have 4059 results which are "supplemental result pages" included.
Supplemental result pages are difficult for people to read in SERP results.

May I give you a tip as another way to check your indexed pages:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site:stuffworth.com+"com"&btnG=Search
Use this link to search you indexed pages which has no supplemental result pages.
You have around 73 indexed pages can be showed in SERP results.

73/4059 I think you can do better for SEO. Go and try.

So you may also to check your indexed pages by this form:
Tip [ site: domain .com "any part domain as keyword" ]

4050 is really good, but it depends on how many pages you have in total.

Hmmm, you must learn Google advanced controls, search google using the site: command right after your url without http://

Having that many results is NOT a good thing. Do you really want your user profile pages and zip file download pages diluting your pagerank?

You should use your robots.txt file to exclude large portions of your site and create a sitemap to have google only index your important pages.
