Many webmasters have different opinion on this tool --some say it is correct and some rubbish it. Lately I have seen that it has been experiencing some scripting errors (as the prediction was showing very few backlinks). I guess its more of a fun than actual prediction as actual PR is only known to G and nobody else. Besides I think G's pagerank award depends on many other things than only on the strength of backlinks whereas Iwebtools prediction tool is based on the strength of backlinks a site got.
all prediction tools are not accurate. they are just guessing based on your current PR and your total incoming links from all SE-s but as you know the links overlap
Yeah, it's not accurate at all.You cannot predict your pagerank..Only google knows what pagerank you will achieve.. Saad
It's sure that it's not 100% Anyway i don't belive in this prediction tools .... Only google can answer our answers....
Well it only give PR for fun. No tool is accurate. You have to wait for PR update which may take place in next months.
I've been pouring scorn on these predictors for a while now, so I thought I'd try something out ... I've logged its results for 10 of my sites and will report back following the PR update - let's see how it does.
It was accurate for one of my sites. The site was a PR0 and I didnt build any links to it. The prediction tool guessed it would be a PR0. When the PR update came around I was excited to see if the tool actually work and what do you know, PR0!!
I second that. This tool is more accurate for me too. IWebTool can not even count my PR6 domain. Says "Can not determine".
