I need an AWS script with a shopping cart...

I know about AOM (a little pricey, and it's encrypted, so I can't modify it) and Mr. Rat's, but his is not really extremely customizable too (also because I don't know perl, lol). Anyway, are there any other AWS scripts with a local shopping cart? Mod_Rewrite is preferred too, but definitely not required... Thanks!

I also use Mr.Rat's script and I would recommend it. It's free and highly customizable.

You might also want to try Freakrai's script. That's the only other free script besides mrrat's that is worth trying.

    That's not quiet true.

You can run it off straight from the download, do your configuration setup, and upload - nothing to it.

Personal modifications are your own responsibility though, you may have to spent some time on it - here's how I do mine.

Yeah. I really like ASM2, especially with the shopping cart addon I found, it's just with the host I have right now, Dreamhost, they don't have allow_url_fopen enabled for php, so I can't run the script. I'm gonna be switching hosts though in the next week or so, and I'm making sure it does have it enabled. ;)

Yes, Dreamhost has been the bane to ASM2 webmasters for as long as I can remember.

You'll also have to remember that other shared hosting hosts always keeps an eye out on CPU resources which will go sky high if your site happens to be deep crawled by the search engines.

Suggests you go VDS if you can afford it.
