Have you ever bought the 250$ a month advertising on Proxy.org How sucessful did you find this? Did it help bring you more traffic after the month was up and also did it increase your adsense income? Im looking at some agressive ways to advertise my Proxy more. Thanks.
Wow 250 is a hefty amount, I would suggest buying comments on myspace, you would prob get more users for less money.
i wanted to know (while we on same subject) if that proxy really works at all? i mean, you let someone use your proxy let them surf, they take traffic (you end up with the bill) and that suppose to make somehow google see you as a better person and give you a little boost for your domain? paid traffic vs google page rank... is it equivalent exchange?
Google page rank doesnt gaurentee any traffic. And paid traffic isnt synomous with advertising. This is advertising. You dont get and gaurentees of traffic, only average numbers that you should get this amount.
i bought the 20$ link last month on proxy.org. sent in a lot of visitors to my site. but i have not tried the 250$ monthly advertisment link as yet. am sure it should work will bring in a lot of traffic so your servers and revenue channels need to be optimized before hand.
i'm also advertising on Proxy.org. I have a $20 link and it already sends me a lot of traffic. Already 1500 visitors this month. So i think the $250 advertising option will bring you a lot of traffic.
Yeah apparently it brings you that amount every day.. 1600 visitors.. How many visitors do you get a day? How much do you make from adsense?
When did you start the campaign? They claim 150 visitors a day with the $20 order, but I don't believe it. They say with the free one you get 25/day, but I get less than half of that. I think all those numbers are inflated. Anyone have traffic stats for a whole month of proxy.org advertising?
That's actually really good. If you have say 10 proxies * 700 hits/month. I'd be willing to try a tier2 listing if my server's processor wasn't over heating :S
Proxy.org has defiently helped increase my proxys earning and traffic after purchasing the $20 option.
The owner of proxy.org is one rich kid. 10 top ten lisiting x $250 = $2500, 30 tier two x $125 = $3750, 552 Bolded x $20 = $11040 Top 10 = $2500 Tier Two = $3750 Bolded = $11040 ______ $17290/month Remember they also sell Banner Ads for $200/m which they have sold lots of. So Proxy.org makes over $200,000. or over $1,000,000 in five years!
I can confirm on the several sites that i've purchased bold listings for that it does bring in at 150 visitors a day.
You forgot the adsense ads too (On the forums). Thanks, think I'll try that first, and then try a tier2 when my server is back up to par.
It would be interesting to just buy a domain and a bolded lisitng to see how much money you could earn through adsense.
The one thing people really forget is that there are companies that block proxies. Where do you think they get their black list from? proxy.org... And did you know that a lot of the visitors are just other proxy owners? For example one thing I do with mine is visit my own proxy through all the 6000 proxies and get hits on my images so I stay on top in all the top sites Cheers!
