You know what makes this thread so sad... even sad for me to post this repsonse. Everyone has nothing better to do that find faults with peoples websites and report them? I mean what if someone has set that site up to try and get there own back because they are jealous that the adsense owner is making $x per month more than they are. Or even if they guy is just testing out the code on a page and someone quickly finds are and reports him to get him banned. Its people like you who give alot of us legit guys headaches because we are trying to earn an honest income and we have to submit this and prove that and everything under the sun to prove that we are doing everything by the book but because someone said we are not then we are guilty until proven innocent. Also before anyone states I take it you have been banned etc.. No I have never been banned or reported but im just voicing my opnion.
Sorry, I don't buy that. Google has rules and webmasters are supposed to know what they are. Ignorance doesn't excuse people from the law. As someone who pays for Adwords, this type of practice gets my blood boiling. Google has had enough problems with click fraud and, if they don't take care of these types of situations, they would simply be ignoring one of their own rules.

Matt, dude, "Streyk" is Mitch Bryson, the owner of that site. He found DP via his referral logs (it's a crappy site, he gets no traffic, so when DP's traffic pops up, he sat up and took notice), came here, found out what was being said about his site, and created the fake name to "defend" himself. Take a look at the site -- he's already "fixed" it. LOL. Don't bother with him. I've seen a dozen people like Mitch aka Streyk on DP who registered just to call the people who caught them in their cheating ways childish names. This is their only response to getting caught -- instead of owning up to it, they go on the warpath. We get guys like Streyk aka Mitch every other week. They are sooooo predictable in their response.
