Well there is anotherway.. form a partnership with someone else (probably someone who got banned and can't use adsense anymore...) and work on a project or exsisting website..together. but make sure they follow the rules..

Or, just buckle down and work on putting some decent original content on your site and promoting it.

Man, that is a problem. I think Adpubster's solution is the safest - it will take a lot of time and effort on your part but at the end of the day any revenue you make will be yours and there'll be no arguments over who's entitled to what.

Another option is go to blogger.com and start a few blogs. It is easy to add your adsense and if you find a good niche and blog everyday, you can build a lot of traffic. The second benefit is that you can link your website on your blog for free.;)

Seriously, add more content and just plain out make your site better. That'll do.

Try to think of a good niche that attracts people..

Start with local interests and then go around making websites for the rest..

There probably had been a very good reason for Google to ban that person in the first place. I would not advise anyone to "partner" with someone who got banned unless they want to get banned themselves.
