Please Review My Fitness Site

Hello DP Members, I would like an honest feedback from you guys in how I can make my community better and drive more traffic. I prefer experts or honest people to help give me some valuable input. I worked hard in putting the site together and adding the final touch ups. I didn't know too much about SEO until I joined DP and got some valuable tips. So, far I'm loving it here!

What I would change is your font's text color, I would go with a red instead of black (keep the glow though).

 

I don't know, I think the red would off set everything else in terms of style.

The domain name seems too long for visitors to remember it and the white font text blind my eyes. I would change some white text to light gray colour. Other than that, the site looks clean and neat.

I agree, try for a gray shade for the text. Also I'm not sure what the main purpose of your site is....on the first page you go from photos, to articles to recipes back to photos. There is a lot of information on that first page (in the middle and on the right), a little overwhelming.

 

Yeah, I know the domain is long. I'd like to change it to MTD.com but that domain is already taken. I'll take a look into the white text. So far I haven't had a single complaint from my members our guest.

The main purpose of the site is to learn about fitness and bodybuilding. I don't understand how you could not interpet that by looking at the articles, photos and fitness forums??? Never the less..thank you for your input.

I like the site!

-Good clean navigation to direct you to different parts of the site
-Very professional feel to the site
-Like the dark background and use of minimalistic colour
-A little "busy" on some pages
-Takes a little while to load even on a 2mb Broadband connection

Nice site! I can see you have worked hard on this site! Just a few minor bugs to work out... I myself would move the nav bar on the CMS Module back to the left side because it hard for me to navigate the site.. other than that id say your site is pretty good overall!
