Would it be possible to register another account with the same domain name?

No. Once banned you're banned for life. You can always give them some fake information to try and register a new account, but even if you're successful they'll catch you sooner or later (probably sooner).

Like I said - you may get back in but you would get caught eventually. If you think it's worth the risk carry on.

Are you asking is this legal? Of course not. Is this easy to track? No, if you change everything is not easy to caugh (how?) but... I wouldn't go for something like that...

Name, Age, Social security #, Browser resolution, Browser version, Viewport size, IP range, etc. But if you want to cheat your way into Google Adsense, no one's going to stop you.

Unfortunately, SSN is not required for those outside the US...there needs to be some id that can be used, though.

I think if your sincere with your honest intentions... you make have a second chance. You may also need to continue to submit your appeals to Google for another chance. The fact that you knew you were trying to "steal" Google's money from the start may be reason alone for Google to add you to their permanent ban list. But maybe if you can persuade them to believe you thought you were only helping the advertisers ??? Who knows... Only Google knows.

I would try contacting Google again, this time with your stats. They will then be able to analyze the data.

It's fraud - that's what I'd call it, but in Bulgaria who knows?!

This is easy case - your cousin takes the risk and responbility for his adsense account and this in fact isn't illegal.

If you know you did nothing wrong (make sure to read and re read their TOS) keep appealing!

Bulgaria is the country (with Russia)where the Internet hackers are most developed. The first thing u hear from your internet provider is the URL ot your FTP with thousands of illegal films and music etc/

So shut up and go do it and stop bugging us. You've already decided, so get on with it anyway.

BTW After reading this thread of yours, and your insistence that you can fool Google, I have as much chance as believing that you clicked your ads "by accident" as I do that Saddamn Hussein is my dad.
