    Had there been an update, this post on funny billboards would have been updated since it has hundreds of high PR links in (it was posted a few weeks after the last update). That's the link I always check.

    PR Update couldn't have finished........it hasnt even started lol :)

    though I see some fluctuations in some DC from 0 -5 -6

    it should come up in first decade of april

    well there is something going on ;).. as I said before.. for those of you who know about htmlhelp.com.. went from a PR9 to a PR7.. and another site that I know sells links went from a PR8 to a PR7 over all data centers.. thoose are the only two I know of..
