    you wont get many specific answers here - if people have a niche they will use it for themselves.

    however, finance is a big money earner.

    It's always best to build a site on a subject you're interested in you can remain enthusiastic about. If you're looking for higher paying niches finance, health, legal and insurance tend to pay quite well as a general rule.
