What kind of a PR update is this ?

Right now i checked some of my websites and the Live PR shows variable PR - some DCs show the current PR and some show it to be the same as it was before the last update.

I checked a couple of other sites - Alive Directory - shows PR 4 on some DCs ???

Is this a roll back or an update ?? I got several messages from friends telling me about an update - but i am still in doubt if this is an update or a kind of roll back that google is now making a habit of doing since the last month or so.

I noticed the same on one of my sites,not sure though.

 

My PR 3 pages are going PR 0.

I was also bit confused about it. After seeing this thread it seems I am not alone and there is really something happening.

 

Any specific DCs to check new update ??

It's like back push of PR value.
Now its showing last PR on some DCs .. i am sure its temporary.

My blog has PR update in 5 datacenter but I think it's temporary.

For one site it's showing last PR, but not for other site:
site1: prev=PR0, actual=PR3, showing PR0 and PR3
site2: prev=PR5, actual=PR4, showing all PR4

 

No change for any of my sites.

 

I'm seeing solid PR7 for alive directory.

My site has been showing pr0 across all data centers for several days now. It was only started in December so before the last update where it recieved pr4 it hAd no pr. If this is the case, how long will it take until it shows pr again?

Ya I got many IM's from my friends today morning saying PR has been updated and I found that 2 of My sites lost PR while 1 gained PR to PR4

LOL, Do we really need these type of threads before every update guys..lol...This is rollback and it happens before every PR update..

one of my site which had pr4 now it is pr0.i think i will get it back soon lol.
