It was fairly simple, but it touches upton all the topics. So covering all topics in your study is must.
Congrats..I've been thinking of taking the exam but the word itself scares me away. Maybe when I have an extra $1000 to spare I will.
Hi, I am from india & i wanted to give this exam... can you send me the complete information abt google adwords such as (registration, notes,& etc..). send me at raulonkar@gmail.com Regards, Rahul.
Wow, nice. my superior here also wanna try this exam thing. i, on ther other hand, am too fresh for this. ive just learned ppc only dis august... so, i don't stand a chance. haha.
The exam is really not that hard, read all the content in the Help Centre and you will be able to answer most of the questions. Combine with at least 3-6 months worth of experience, you'll pass.
You stole my thunder! I passed today too! I am also championing the cause and getting others in my company to take the test, so the company I work for can be a Qualified Google AdWords Advertising Company and get a nifty logo on our site. It wasn't easy, and I studied pretty hard off and on for a few months, not to mention the general experience of manging different types of accounts. In celebration of this, I thought I would offer some suggestions that helped me along the way. Six Tips to Passing the Test and Getting AdWords Certified & Getting Qualified Faster 1. Get an MCC account now rather than later. If you ever plan on managing more than one account and plan on getting this certification you should go ahead and do this. Having an MCC is a requirement anyway. MCC accounts do not require there to be more than one account linked, so get it now and start using it. If you already have multiple accounts, it is much easier to use just one interface and login anyway. 2. Take the Free Tutorials Offered . Access the "Pro Center" tab and click "Access Learning Center" and watch the Flash-driven lessons for the first two to three sections and then switch to text. So you don't get bored and/or stop listening, space out, or stop comprehending it's good to change it up. 3. Take the quizzes. After every lesson you watch/read, take the corresponding quiz. Although different questions, some of the tutorial quiz questions are very similar to the actual test. If you miss some, review which questions you got wrong, look them up by referring to the lesson or Google's Help Center and take the quiz again for posterity's sake. 4. If at first you don't succeed, try again (then wait till next month and try again). You can take the test up to two times a month. If you fail miserably, I would not suggest taking the the test directly after, but you can. Study up and do it again in a couple of weeks. 5. Watch for Trick Questions. Google can be tricky, although I wouldn't quiet call them "trick questions," possibly counter-intuitive. 6. Skim at the End. After you have gone through all the lessons in whatever time period that takes, skim through each lesson and quiz the week proceeding taking the test to freshen some of the finer points. The quizzes are a little harder than the test, because they want to make sure you were actually reading the details and not glazing over. That's it. What were other's thoughts on the test? Reply here if you have any questions or thoughts on it.
Hey, Congrats! You summarized it pretty nice. If one studies the material properly then test is not difficult. By the way, which company you work for? I would be interested if they are looking to hire.
