Just check this site and can tell whether its against TOS or not... http://www.searchenginecollege.com/articles/article-library.htm
Looks fine to me. That boy is part of the layout, and isn't to close or aligned with the ad... if that's the one you mean?
Forget the lady. You have "Quick Help Links" above your ads. You're deceiving your visitors into thinking your ads are part of your Quick Help Links menu. I would get rid of that before someone reports you. People are always getting cute with their ads. Just work on your site and build your traffic. Forget these little "tricks" to get people to click.
Hmmm.. that's a so so answer, it's not part of the overall layout structure.. and fairly close to the ads.
I have to say that it is very clever without being very obvious. I don't know what the deal with AdSense would be in this case, but I have been thinking of trying similar methods to push affiliate products. Shoemoney posted a similar trick with creating an arrow to get people to notice his ads on AdWords. People don't like the in-your-face approach but they can easily be manipulated without their knowing; the brain is a magical thing. PS: Take a look at my blog where a few days ago, I placed a little image animation over my affiliate link to text-link-ads. I am waiting to see if it will get more clicks than before.
Dude, it's an MFA template site like a billion other sites hosting the same derivative articles. Do you really think it matters?
