Finding a Coder for vBulletin

    I was wondering what is the best way to go about finding someone that is highly skilled and able to create new mods for vBulletin as well as install and customize existing mods and how much can I expect to pay for such a service?

    If you go to vbulletin.org you can request your customizations to mods and new mods there. People would be glad to let you know what the amount they would charge for such a task.

    vbulletin.org has all the vbulletin coders, Zero Tolerance is the most gifted imo
