Gmail irritation..

Does anyone else hate the fact google has to "open on top" when it finally loads? haha this so quite annonying when i just want it to load while i click back to something else real fast but it always has to jump on top

 

I don't experience this thing. But I'm fine with it if it will happen to me.

Actually it is annoying (is this your first time using gmail) I found that it was confusing to get use to (especially since I was using yahoo prior to gmail), but once you get use to it, its actually a useful feature

He must be using some weird fourth party browser like "Netscape".

 

It means that when you put your Username and Password and then hit Sign in, in Gmail then a blank screen appears with a Loading icon on top right in red color at that time if you open another TAB or minimize the window then Gmail will not load
This is the best I can elaborate

hey Zeroslap! i have never experienced this thing! i am quite used to opening new tabs after submitting username nd passwd. Also that red tape appears while logging into orkut and Adsense but nothing disturbed me ever!

 

No idea mate but it does happen to me maybe my Internet connection is slow that why
I use Firefox 2.0

 

I use Gmail with Opera 9.1 and Firefox 2.0. But I've never faced this problem.

 

I dont get what you are saying but gmail is okie and is not causing any irritation to me .

it might be due to ur slow net speed, works fine for me.
