You could of called everyone stupid and ignorant like Nehemiah does. Then respond to them like they were imbeciles when they disagreed with you. He got a lot of responses with his commandments.

Why are you worried about responses? Let whoever wants to see that site go and learn something of they want. It's enough you pointed them in the direction. BTW that site is so lame. I mean just the design. If they can't make a better website then they can at least hire someone to do it.

THIS FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITE. ISN'T ISLAM SINCE ITS BIRTH EXPERIMENTING WITH THE MOST CRUEL TORTURES?

GIVE ME A BRAKE. JUST SAW THIS SCROLLING FIRST ON THAT SITE. EXPLAINS EVERTHING AND ABOUT THE ISLAMIC MINDSET.

Allah, the Almighty, says: [Surely! Those who disbelieved in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) We shall burn them in Fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for other skins that they may taste the punishment. Truly, Allah is Ever Most Powerful, AllWise.] (An-Nisa’: 56)

Referring to the dwellers of the Fire, Almighty Allah also says: [… and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their intestines?] (Muhammad: 15)

    Facets of Scientific Inimitability:

    A) Almighty Allah explains to us in the first verse that the skin is the part of the body that will receive the punishment, i.e. there is a connection between the skin and the sensation of pain. The verse also tells us that when the skin is burnt (i.e. in the Fire), man can no longer feel the pain of the punishment and so his burnt skin is replaced with new fresh skin where the nerve endings are functioning properly and can transmit the feeling of pain. In this way, a disbeliever will suffer due to his denial of Allah’s signs. Modern science has shown us that the majority of nerve endings are found in the skin. Prior to the invention of microscopes and the progress made in the field of anatomy, no human being could have any knowledge about this scientific fact related by the Ever-Glorious Qur'an fourteen centuries ago. This is a miracle and a great sign of Allah.

    B) The Qur'an threatens the disbelievers in the second verse that their intestines will be severed. The secret behind this threat has been solved only recently when scientists discovered that the intestines are not affected by heat. However, if they are severed, the boiling water will flow out to the place between the peritoneum and the outer layer of the intestines. This place contains a lot of nerve endings that transmit the feeling of pain to the brain and thus man will experience severe pain.

These facts show the miraculous scientific nature of the Ever-Glorious Qur'an which related these facts to mankind a long time before modern science was able to give any information about them.

Well if one would deny God's existence and His signs, the existence of the One who brought EVERYTHING including us in existence, what else can anyone expect?
And as far as Muslims' behaviour towards disbelievers is concerned, this verse says it all:

[60:8] GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.

Muslims can befriend and be equitable with everyone except those who fight us in the name of religion.

Is that "fight" as in "jihad" as in "holy war" or "fight" as in "jihad" as in "personal struggle" as in "disagree with you" or "mock your religion"?

I'm always confused about such things.

This site is junk...sorry...it doesn't prove anything...and why have we been having all these "proof of islam" threads lately? It seems to me that only those who are having a personal struggle with believing are the ones that are trying to "prove" how right it is...

The problem with religion is that to many people try to put God in a box that they can close and put in their pocket....always have God with them, but yet always want control....when they realize that God is always in control, its amazing how much better their life becomes.

Here's a picture of your God in control. He must love children ... millions die every year.

I removed the picture ... too sick for a mere human ... ok for God.

People always seem to give God credit for the devil's work. Two forces exist. Good/evil.

The realization though is that God will always over come the evil...it may not happen how WE want it to, but it will happen.

You give this God of yours too much credit. Man has overcome social ills and evils in the past. Man has triumphed. Man has caused a great many good things to happen - however man has also caused a great many vile evil things to happen. Man doesn't think to the future as oft as he should - thus man can do himself in even with the best intentions. Today though... man is at fault for all of the world man-made problems, and man needs to find a solution pretty man quick about it. God man it, man has some man problems.

I insert a joke everywhere. Lighten up the mood and such.

Jihad means to "struggle for good", and it need not be physical either. In his talk, Dr Zakir Naik told that there is a saying of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that even a non-Muslim can do Jihad! You can watch his complete talk about the difference between Jihad and terrorism on the website www.irf.net
If you would still have confusions, you can ask him a direct question and he will answer you. He has answered really complicated questions and I'm sure he'll even answer GTech's questions!

The Quran has countless miracles. But being a chemistry student, one of my favourites is this one:

There are three isotopes of Iron (Fe); with masses 55, 56 and 57.
The name of the Chapter 57 in the Quran is "Al-Hadeed" which is the Arabic for "The Iron". Isn't that great?

Now please don't tell me that Greeks had found the mass of Iron before!

Gods only miracle in the quran is that he's not there. Normally he loves the sinners and wants them to repent ~~~ His Way ~~~ but he must somehow give us a hint as he shows us that he's not there.;)

For the rest I commented in one of the above posts.

No dualistic system may be measured by one answer. This is the reason that the arguments about what constitutes the “real” Islam go on and on and are never resolved. A single right answer does not exist.

Dualistic systems can only be measured by statistics. It is futile to argue one side of the dualism is true. As an analogy, quantum mechanics always gives a statistical answer to all questions.

For an example of using statistics, look at the question: what is the real jihad, the jihad of inner, spiritual struggle or the jihad of war? Let’s turn to Bukhari (the Hadith) for the answer, as he repeatedly speaks of jihad.

In Bukhari 97% of the jihad references are about war and 3% are about the inner struggle. So the statistical answer is that jihad is 97% war and 3% inner struggle. Is jihad war? Yes-97%. Is jihad inner struggle? Yes-3%.

So if you are writing an article, you can make a case for either. But in truth, almost every argument about Islam can be answered by: all of the above. Both sides of the duality are right.
