The answer is so amazingly simple; I am surprised that anyone could fail to instantly understand it.

One group of people are minding their own business, contributing to society, and just trying to live thrive and survive within the confines of the law.

The other group of people are systematically murdering people who do not follow the bizarre rules of their primitive cult.

Which group should I have sympathy with?

That's a simple one. The victims were Jewish. Who cares about a bunch of Jews?

From the mass of angry responses to this thread, the answer seems to be that almost no one would lift a finger to help a Jew.

Hell, a number of thread responders seem ready to apply for civil service jobs at the death camps.

Why would the world at large be more civilized than the world of DP?

Definitely not Americans. Bush family had no problem working with Nazi Germany and USA refused entry to Jews. ;)

That is the reason, I wonder how much Republicans would really care about Jews if it was not for Israel lobby money.

Here's the straight data from the Anti-Defamation League:

    Prescott Bush's Alleged Nazi "Ties"

Rumors about the alleged Nazi "ties" of the late Prescott Bush, the grandfather of President George W. Bush, have circulated widely through the Internet in recent years. These charges are untenable and politically motivated.

Despite some early financial dealings between Prescott Bush and a Nazi industrialist named Fritz Thyssen (who was arrested by the Nazi regime in 1938 and imprisoned during the war), Prescott Bush was neither a Nazi nor a Nazi sympathizer.

It is filed, quite appropriately, under "Internet Rumors."

Gworld, does you ever stop to think that when you have to lie to make your points, perhaps that you should be re-examining your positions instead?

This is the official reason for Isreal to exist, so that there will be a place where all Jews and their families can go in order to find a nation sympathetic to their plight. Why are they seeking entry to the US rather than Israel?

I'm not taking a stance on if we should let them in or not. I'm just curious on this point.

At this point, I wouldn't want to step a foot into Israel.

That country is about 10 years from glowing in the dark.

Anyone who continues to live their now is more brave than they are smart.

Bahahaaaaa... what a riot you are.

I am sure that everyone here knows the ADL.

The ADL is one of America's most liberal institutions.

If you want to keep lying to support your baseless positions, you should at least learn to lie better.

Well if it's because they believe that Israel is no longer safe, then I can understand their wanting to come here. Did the group actually state this at some point?

Why would they? They are not currently applying there (that I know of). The topic of the day is America and our commitment to the "hopeless tempest tossed, yearning to be free."

I'm just saying that if a group makes a case for why America is their first choice, it might go a ways to helping to get congress to pass such an act.

Oh, and by the way, the statue of liberty, and the attached motto on the book (which you are quoting), were a gift from France.

Long disproven. As well, Bush is not America nor is America Bush.

Your position is most often that if it weren't for this perceived, yet flawed argument, Americans would hate Jews like you do and the world would be better off. It's clear it upsets you that some people are not anti-semitic like you are. This is obvious by your persistently making excuses for why people like Jews. Of course, you would never say anything so repulsive about muslims.

That is the problem with your logic, your wife going and buying big guns didn't make a man and USA building bigger monuments will not make you a man. As long as you don't deal with your paranoia and bigotry, you will always be little willy, the scared kid, hiding under the bed. ;) :D

Personally, I believe you are the best example you've provided so far. I can't imagine a better example of an anti-semite.
