TV on PC site - possible sale - Avg: $360/month

I'm selling one of my websites for a bigger Adult project.

It is a PR3 and gets organic traffic.

This site sells a software for the UK market.

It has also adsense on the right side and adbrite on the left side.

The software (included - resell rights):

It is sold for GBP 6.95 ( about $13.00)

Without any advertising, I sell 1 or 2 units every week.

I also have tried adwords for it, and here are the results: when I have a $5/day campaign, I have an average of one sale/day and when I have a $10/day, my average sale is 4 units/day. It double the adwords fee but get 4 times more sales! I wanted to try a $25/day campaign to see the difference and got this project I'm working on, which need some funds.

Adsense:

The adsense right column brings me 10-30 cents/day. When I have a $10/day adwords campaign, I have $1-$1.50/day

Adbrite:

Adbrite is the less profitable, also because you have to scroll down to see it.

Brings me $7-$11/month

Domain is included and about hosting, I have a host for all my sites so there is no price for just that one. You may get hosting for about nothing these days

Oh...also, stats are at the bottom of the site with extremetracking so no secret.
I'm looking for about 4 times gross but no BIN set at this time.

It is not working now since I put it on Ebay, and I can't make sales since it's on Ebay (Ebay ToS).

No, the software comes with the site, and the domain, as a package.

I don't exactly know which one it is. However, I have seen membership kind of site, where members pay a fee to get access to a site and watch TV.
I'm selling the software, not a membership.
You may make more with a membership site when you think about it. Imgine 1000 members paying 10 bucks each
But not here. It is not a get rich right away site, (unless you go with a $1000/day adwords campaign, maybe you'll get $2000 of sales ) and make $1000/day...umm...I should think about it
Maybe also, the difference will be in an existing and running site, which shows well on SE (see stats). You get a running site that you may accelerate the speed, and not begin from scratch I guess.

Why doesn't the order button work?

 

As stated in the OP, I had to removed the order process.
It is listed on Ebay and it is against Ebay ToS.

 

I need to clear stuff up here.
I have received 34 PM asking me a copy of the software.
I'm not going to do that now.
I will sell the site and then you will be able to buy it for GBP6.95 or whatever the price set by the new owner.
I feel that lots of people just ask to have it and have no intention to participate in the sale.

 

What is the link to the ebay auction, and how are you able to update the high bid on ebay if you have a higher bid here?
