ummmmmmm......... your selling the account? Iv never seen paypal accounts being sold, it seems abit dodgey to me, why not just transfer the $54 into your bank and close it down.
yes i though i could do that but the account has got limited. it mean no incoming nor outgoing. you will have to verify like=add credit card bank account etc etc but my GF dont live in Uk thats the problem.
Limited Account ?? If its limited then even if manage to sell the account the new owner needs to show proofs etc and account name cannot be changed in paypal .
actually the new owner will be never able to get the money from there unless she has the same name as the current owner. You cannot change your name.
Well, sorry to hear that but there is really nothing you can do anyways. If you sign up as a UK Paypal account, you need to be residing in the UK to do that at least. If not, Paypal found it out and thus limited the account. They want you to proof that she is really from the UK. This is really a lost cause. You cannot sell the account because that is against the Paypal TOS and besides even if you manage to do so, the new owner will still have a locked account with the same issue and worst. The only way she is going to see the money is to fly her to the UK, open a bank account there and provide the required documentations. Otherwise, take that as a lesson learnt... Never never ignore the TOS that you agreed upon when you sign up with them, they form the terms of the contracts. Never lie to Paypal too unless you enjoy being burnt.
Not in the Paypal account. The only way to do that is to close the account when you move and open a new account from that country. At least that is what, Paypal told me.
hope you know there is nothing to do with the account you are about to buy, you cannot move that money.
