    They take lot of time to announce the result.They took 2 -3 weeks(roughly it could be more) to tell me about my selection.

    You never know when it's coming. My dad got an offer for a job that paid him twice what he was making at the time, and he applied for it about 9 months before. He thought the company wasn't interested, the call came out of the blue after 9 months. He took the job tho :)
