dude you gotta move those image ads to top of the section. Let that get straight into the face of your visitors..else forum users are blind. all your ads must be above the fold.

Yea make sure not to label your google ads as Google Ads. I been there once.

 

Usually forum have very low ctr. You might consider install the ads management system via admin panel and enable google ads on the slot after first post. Additional, a nice google ad in right bar will have very good result too.
