Do you think this is enough?

Ok, I started Google Adsense around the 1st of september. It has been quite a while, and today I have just reached the peak of 60$ in about 6 months.

I have ads placed on www.fantasy-pc.com in the homepage, referrals(just started these), and the forums.

I receive about 155 uniques a day and 6,500 hits daily. What am I doing wrong, or is this a fair amount for 6 months?

Your placement sux. Work on proper blending and learn how to make proper use of the real estate.

You're designing for a rather high resolution also, probably forcing a lot of people to scroll horizontally which is never a good thing.

ya bring your resolution down to atleast 1024.. i still design sites for 800x600.. a leaderboard ususally fits righ tin on this size...

If you are going to put a leaderboard in that "cool Pictures" box, go ahead and change the background to match that of the light blue... instead of white that Im seeing now.

I'd also run that leaderboard much higher in the fold..

You need to put ads at the top and bottom of your pages blending in with the background of your site. Put in headers and footers. I browsed through your site quickly and I didn't even see your google ads at first.

Check the ad at the top of this forum. Look around and see what others are doing.

you have to work on rank building and content. I do not think it is ad placement I just think your site is not generating the traffic that you need specific to your content

    Ok thanks everyone!

    I have a few questions:

    1. I am not sure how to reduce the size of the resolution to 1024 or 800x600, can someone show me how (I have known that people had issues with this before by the way)?

    2. How do you blend images to a background? They change color for each image?

    3. So I should put my ads on the bottom and the top? Leaderboard size or what?

On the forum itself your ads are ath tope of the thread which is fine in my view. I think you need more traffic to make more. Good luck!

    Haha oh my god.

Nah it was little anime characters... so I thought he/she put that there  didn't see that as an ad!

    A word of advice:

You CANNOT label google ads anything but "Advertisements" or "Sponsors"

I don't think "Cool Pictures" fits that :)
