what electricity rates are in you country!

    i am from china ,our electricity rates are about $ 6 cents per 1KW.so what electricity rates are in you country? ;)

    Here in Kentucky we have some of the cheapest rates in the US, 6 cents per kwh after all the fees are added on. The base rate is a little over 5 cents.

    More than 10 cents a unit...electric power is very expensive in India.

    in india there is different charges for residence and industries.and there is some other criteria like if u have use less than 250 unit than charges per unit is 3Rs and if your usage increase than 250 units than charges per unit will increases.

    I'm not sure about this 1KW rate but I do know that I pay around 7-10$ (Maximum 15$) per month. ;) SO I guess it's a bit cheap for me

    I have no idea what the 1KW rate is but I pay around 50$ in winter and summer because of electric heater/ac and about 30$ in fall and spring.

    Wow, that's cheap! My electric bill is 350$ per month in the hot summer months and 100$ per month in the fall.

    Well my Electricity bill is about Rs.3000 a month. Not too much for me lol

    Rs.60 = USD $1
