    I dont get your question, but i have a download limit of 4 gigs. I can download more but then you have to pay more money.

    not sure, when downloading uploading, i cant get speeds of 20kB/s not sure what that works out to?

    8Mb down, on a good day I'll see 800-900KBps from usenet :) - 512Kbps up :(

    20GB peak limit, "unlimited" off-peak (I've done over 100GB in a month since the restrictions came in, before that I was sometimes doing close to 300)

    A few years ago I couldn't get a broadband connection, back then I was paying about £60/month for an unlimited 128kbps connection, better than 56k but it was pretty expensive.
