Well pankaj 1 month is a good time to settle any deal. If you have not got your product you really deserve your refund. I hope seller will soon take some action in both parties interest.

I'm not overselling, I was completely out of order for several weeks, couldn't get on DP at all even though the net was semi-running (less than dialup speed) and could not work at all. If you sent a PM by Yahoo I didn't get it or I would have responded. What is your handle and I'll write you now?

westhaven, I don't mind you bringing up your concerns (even in a public thread) but if you're going to air your concerns at least make the situation clear.

You bought 5 sites - CORRECT

It's not transferred yet!! - Why did you leave out the part where it was offered to be installed but you didn't want anyone to access your server? You also forgot the part where I made you a zip and took the time to give you instructions on how to install everything but you refused to install a few small files instead insisting on FTP access. The reason we don't just send you FTP access to start is simple, there are hundreds of domains that others purchased in the same account (addon domains) and I'm not giving you access to their files as innocent as you may be. I did offer to move the 5 sites to their own account (a completely ridiculous extra step since your zip is still sitting there waiting to be installed - the one I sent to you on Feb 23rd) but I lost access to the net shortly after that except for a few brief moments of stability.

In short,

Domains were pushed immediately.
We offered to install immediately to which you refused.
I sent you a zip of everything needed to install yourself and you refused.

I offered to move the sites to a completely new account that I could give you access to and lost connection before this happened. You have had the files to install these sites since 30+ days ago, the story you tried to portray above is crap. I was unable to move them or respond to your PM's at that time for several reasons and that's not good but it's hardly me hiding from you.

Even we are not stupid to give ftp access to our servers, u must know this. Keep the money with you. And how many replies you sent us??. Better you check your all sent messeges to me and my messeges in your inbox. U must learn Maths now.

 

I already told you I was gone for several weeks, unexpected and impossible to avoid. The files were sent before I was unavailable, I just didn't get the sites moved to their own FTP account before the problems on this end. It wasn't a problem and it wasn't your fault that I didn't move them but there was nothing I could do about it at the time. I'm not disputing that you sent PM's that aren't answered, I have dozens from customers, friends, and people that owe me money that went unanswered.

15 hours later, no PM, no email, just like I haven't heard 1 thing from you in nearly 2 months, despite, like others, trying to contact you. Running a line that your new offer is different because you've got others doing the work is a crock and complete cop-out. You're the seller, the buck stops with you. There are a growing number of people coming forward in this thread who have had the same problems I have had with you. I don't like to make allegations, but if it smells like a scam, well.....people can draw their own conclusions. If you are legitimate you should NOT being trying to take money from other people UNTIL you finish the work you have previously promised to deliver OR refund peoples money in full, simple as that.

It's $5 per week flat-rate. You always pay $5, after a year you still pay $5 a week only you now have 52 blogs. So each week he's building a new one for you.

Traffic is automatic with these auto-blogs, so stick some links to your other sites and you'll get the traffic and the spiders. Everyone's happy! I have lots of these sites by 30K and almost all of them are turning healthy profits.
