Then i think twice before submitting because you can submit in like 5 strong PR5 directories and permanent PR3-4 links Saad
personally, think $99 can be better spent. You cld submit 3-4 links in other PR6 directories with the money. It's putting a lot of eggs in one basket.... and its only an annual subscription =O
Agreed, talk to a directory owner that runs a LOT of directories. Tell them - hey, i got 100 bucks to spend, I like your directories - how many site-wide links on how many directories can I get for 100 bucks. We're all pretty reasonable people (us dir owners) and throw us a chunk of cash and you'll be surprised which ways we'll bend for you
Just though would let you all know I got one of my sites listed on a high PR page and have submitted another one In my opinion getting listed on stpt.com was a mega dose of viagra for my site I think it was worth the money
if $99 ,i prefer to buy a pr 6 homepage link with some description one year. after all there are two clicks from homepage on stpt.com.
I like stpt.com I'd recommend it to anyone edit: All depends on how much you'll pay for those "quality" links
yes,not anytime you can buy a pr6 homepage link that price. but i have got one here abou $50/year (<10 outerlinks).
I'm not happy with starting point, I did listing here 3 years ago and I want to cancel the order of being listed here, because they always charge my credit card every year through 2co.com automatically. THERE'S NO ACCOUNT TO CANCEL THE ORDER, totally rubbish, and when I want to contact them and asked them to cancel this order, the contact form of their website is not working, see this screenshot, it's always error like that. it's just not worth with the money you spent, never buy link from this website I suggest.
In that case seriously you need to contact 2CO, refer your credit card number to them, how much the the transaction is for, $99 in this case (yearly). Even if you dont have the original receipt they should be able to help you. All merchants with 2CO also have some sort of ID's so just let them know about the STPT website.
I noticed stpt have a pagerank of 0 both in root and directory path. So get out of there as soon as possible and stop the recurring.
Call your credit card company and ask them to chargeback the amount. You can also ask them to issue a new card - it will have a new acct number then it can't be charged next year. I had a listing removed just a few months after it was added with no explanation or refund. Also never received a reply to my inquiries regarding the matter. Paid with PayPal and it was beyond the time frame that I could file a claim. I would recommend that anyone considering submitting a listing to stay away
Yes I have contact 2CO and hope they can assist me because I can't locate the order from 2CO automatically because my zip code is not in USA. yes indeed well I just hope if it can't be refund, so just stay the link in that website for the next 1 year and then cancel the renewal system at the renewal date in the next year, I have try to contact stpt but still can't submit the contact form, and they don't have any phone number in their website as well.
Rather than going through the hassle of trying to contact someone who does not want to be contacted I'd call my credit card company and ask that they issue a new card because you are unable to cancel the subscription
Naturally submit through general directories, it quite rarely to generate significant referral traffic but you may get some benefit from SEO as category and relevant co-citation site and some high weight of long established trust site. You need to check unique domain linking to that particular directory, can't use only TBPR data.
