    From newbie:
Often posted here to update any fresh content on pages thru Google sitemap.
We only see google sitemap arrow ^ sign. Do we have to click on this ^ or where else to submit sitemap. or click?

Dude when you change your content, generate a new site map, upload it to your site and click update on GoogleSM .

New pages are already there in sitemap.xml. Its about fresh content, read the thread carefully. Question is about how to submit thru google sitemap, where to click ^ and how ? Question is from newbie and not from champ seo, so seeking the right answer.
    and be nice...

A sitemap is a file on your server just like any other file, it is XML formatted it makes it easy for Google to crawl your pages since they are already listed and Google don't have to search for new links every time finishing your bandwith, and the bot may stuck on errors and leave some pages with no crawling, it also telling google bot when to come and crawl :
for example you update every month, so the map tells the bot to crawl every month, this way you will keep your bandwidth and Google wont come daily and bug you with no use ...

Make a site map using this tool :
    http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Download it and add it here after opening an account on google sitemaps :
    www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/

Sorry for this short post but I am really busy ...
