WHat happend if?(in paypal)

    someone paid you in paypal.
    then he sepnd's all the money and take off the credit card.
    can you still chrageback?
    and what happend if you send the money to other account can he still chrageback?

    When someone pays you, his money is transferred out to your account. Whatever he spend the rest of his balance or not does not affect you the least bit. Why would you want to charge back when someone gives you money ?

    Well, as for the second question, if you spend the money, he can chargeback. He will need to raise a dispute and you have to prove that you did your due diligence and sent him the product. Provide Paypal with the shipping tracking details and you be safe.

    i meant the posite.
    i waste all the money and take off credit card if he chrageback and win(after i spen the money and take off the credit)
    it will take the money from the Credit card that i take off my account?

    No, it will not be taken out of your credit card if you already spent it. However, your account will go into a negative balance which means that you owe Paypal money and at which time your account will be limited and will need to fund the account back to the zero balance. Failing which, they may send collectors to your home to retrieve the money you owe them.

    .. and in case of non-payment to paypal within specified period, you may not use paypal in future probably.

    Yes, that is why I hate it so much that people are using VCC in the first place. A Verified account is worth nothing now. Verified by VCC is not verified in my books but sadly you cannot tell the difference.
