Something we can all agree on: US Income Tax Issue

    Hello,

Would you pay the income tax if you didn't have to?

I'm not a citizen of the United States, however I found a very interesting documentary. Did you know that the income tax the average American pays is not required by law or the constitution!?

    Watch this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=zsZO6G7dfpI

Believe me it's not as boring as it may sound, and hey, I may save you some money :p

This isn't some conspiracy theory etc.. it's something everyone can unite together to, whether you're liberal, republican etc.. it doesn't matter. The 16th amendment which has been told says you must pay income tax, is fraud.

Just thought I'd let you know about this if you didn't know already :) Also, I don't really know how much money is spent by the average person on this tax.

I think this is very true, funny a NON-AMERICAN would bring up this idea. But I cheer you sir. People don't seem to realize the reason we left England and them in the first place. It was Because the king was double taxing us. And now our government double taxes us and we pretend we our powerless to stop it.

A great quote " The people should not fear there government, The Government should fear it's people!" :)

USA has one of the worst tax laws for it's citizens in the world. You are required to pay tax on your world income. You are required to pay tax even if you don't live in USA and they can even refuse you a passport if you don't pay your taxes. So good luck with finding a loophole that permits you not pay taxes because of some amendments. ;)

On the other hand, for those who are not American citizens, USA can be a good off-shore destination to avoid taxes in your own country. ;)

    1. You are not a citizen of the United States.
    2. Your analysis of our Constitutional Amendments and Tax laws are incorrect.
    3. Your advice to people that they do not need to pay taxes is wrong, irresponsible, and encouraging criminal activity.

Pathetic, that you would post this and say, "I may save you some money"

    Hahahaha!

    1. So what if I'm not American, what's you're point?
    2. How is it wrong? Watch the documentary then tell me I'm wrong ;)
    3. How is something irresponsible and criminal if it's not supported by a law?

I may be "pathetic", but you my friend, are an idiot :)

P.S. Are you an IRS agent?

Every possible amendment that you can think of to avoid taxes has already been through the courts and people who tried it, usually end up paying fine, go to prison or both.
There are still people who try to sell this type of nonsense to greedy people through seminars, books or investment schemes but they are just snake oil salesman after easy money. ;)

I was watching that freedoim to facism documentary the other day, which might be all BS ....

and it said people have actually won in court against the goverment on the issue of filing a tax return

    http://freedom4um.com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=7284&Disp=2

But most of my taxes are on a corporations income, so even if the people who say its not a law that people have to pay income taxes on wages are right, I am still paying

In one word, YES. Search on Internet and look at tax cases, all these things have been in court before and as a result people have been fined, gone bankrupt, gone to prison or all of the above. ;)

That's because we let our government bully us around and not enough people stand up for there real rights anymore. If it's not racist or religionist people don't even wanna give it two cents anymore. Because the media/government trick you into thinking that you cannot change them..we created them and we can damn well destroy them.

    That's right Stealer :)

Supreme court: Doyle vs mitchell, 247, US 179: "[Income] The idea of gain or increase arising from corporate activity". So tell me that not paying Income Tax of one's labour is law.

Here is the text from IRS itself, this is mentioned as one of the dirty dozen tax scams:

You can click the link above and read about other tax "saving" scams in IRS web site. ;)

They call it "SCAMS" what else are they going to call it??? THEY ARE JACKING EVERYONE??!!? And many times money gets laundered away with us knowing not where it went at all....They call it scams/imprizon/bankrupt people this way because there is not a big enough amount of people stopping it and it's a great way to get 1 person to shut up.

GWorld, please at least watch the documentary. I thought you of all people, would be the least narrow minded. It seems that even d16man, who I've debated with before, hasn't been quick to rubbish it.

LoL I dare not start anything until I have amassed the funds to have an army of people with me. But that is exactly how you can tell they already have you beat. You fear them. And think you can do nothing you may as well lay down in your coffin now. Because your done sir.
